Our Mission and History

The mission of the Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce is to be an advocate and a resource for local businesses. Our work supports a healthy environment for economic growth by creating opportunities for networking, community engagement, education, and promotion.

In 1986, the Chamber was founded with the goal of supporting area businesses and the city-at-large. Today, it proudly boasts over 345 members and is an integral part of the broader Bexley community. The chamber provides value to member businesses through educational programming, business development opportunities, community partnerships, and member-to-member benefits.

Our board of directors, comprised of members of the Bexley Area business community, governs the Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce.
