My work passion is helping teams win by deeply understanding their customers, protecting them against risk, and delivering extraordinary experiences. In addition to C-suite leadership, I have extensive governance experience as the Vice-Chair of the board of trustees at Bowling Green State University where I also chair the investments committee. My personal passion is supporting financial literacy and economic mobility for more people.
