The Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) to offer members a healthcare savings plan specifically for small business owners and their employees.

This Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) lets small employers combine to share in their overall claims risk. Initially designed for businesses with two – 50 employees, Anthem and SOCA have recently announced that the SOCA Benefit Plan is now available to sole proprietors as well.
