Searching for our next Executive Director!
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff the BACC office during regular, consistent office hours.
- Manage daily administrative office operations and maintain the office so that it presents a positive image for the Chamber.
- Respond to inquiries in a friendly and informative manner and recommend Chamber members when applicable.
- Monitor and manage the Chamber’s communications across all channels
- Create weekly newsletter.
- Maintain accurate and up to date membership records.
- Promote, develop, and maintain membership and benefits.
- Plan and promote regular events and meetings including monthly luncheons, quarterly speaker breakfasts, after hours events and educational business programming.
- Plan and promote annual events including Taste of Bexley, Holiday Hop and more.
- Provide assistance and support to the Board of Directors and Chamber membership.
- Attend monthly BOD meetings and plan agenda and prepare minutes.
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks account and assist Treasurer.Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and basic website and newsletter programs.
- Ability to manage and work on a wide variety of multiple projects at one time.
- Event planning and fundraising experience.
- Knowledge of Bexley
